How do we do all this?
Aron Brajtman Chartered Accountants is a firm that works with the business owner to make your business more valuable. We’ve developed programs and tools that will increase your profits and will improve your lifestyle significantly. Here’s our approach:
- The initial contact comes from an interested prospect. If you are wondering whether we are the right firm for you we invite you to review our website and subscribe to our newsletter or other free items. If you think you’d like to know more ,then request an Initial Assessment Questionnaire. The answers will indicate what we expect of our clients and will help you assess our mutual fit. Even if we decide not to work together the free items will provide value to you and your business.
- The next step is a conversation by phone or in person. This is not a selling session but an attempt to ascertain whether we are the right accounting firm for you. We will explore your aims and your challenges. If we can help we’ll tell you how. There is no charge for this session but will be of great value to you.
- If we both decide to take matters further we will ask you to complete a business diagnostic. An assessment of the results costs $400 and will be credited against your fee should we be engaged as your accountants. This diagnostic will assess the likelihood of our helping you to successfully grow your business.
- Based on the business diagnostic results we both will design a Profit Improvement Plan along with implementation milestones and timelines. Your obligations as well as ours will be clearly defined. We will need access to your records before we can start.
- We will meet twice a month to compare the actual results to the plan
